Smoked sausage is finished with a sweet and spicy mustard sauce to make a delicious BBQ slaw

What did Malcolm use in this recipe:

  • Barbecue sauce executioner.
  • Sweet Executioner Fire Pickles.
  • Hot b-que bar links with mustard fudge fire slaw recipe.
  • Hotlink smoked sausage (I used Circle B brand).
  • 1 cup Killer Hogs Barbecue Sauce.
  • - 2 packages of finely shredded cabbage.
  • - 1/2 cup sweet fire pickles (small cubes) - substitute sweet and spicy pickles for number one.
  • - 3 tablespoons of mustard.
  • - 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  • - 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  • - 1 tablespoon of juice vinegar.
  • - 1 teaspoon of celery seeds.
  • - 1 teaspoon salt.
  • - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  • pomegranate.

GO:

1. Prepare the grill for manual smoking at 250 degrees. I used Traeger Ranger but any grill will work.
2. Scored the outside of each smoked sausage into a wine tool design using the tip of a small blade.
3. Place the sausages on the grill and cook for 30-40 minutes and then, at that point, coat them in Bar-B-Q sauce for an additional 10-15 minutes until the sauce caramelizes.
4. To make the cabbage, mix together the mustard, mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Discover destroyed cabbage in a gallon ziplock package. Pour the wet fixings next to the sweet fire pickles and flavors.
5. Mix as one piece and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
6. When you are done making the sausage, get rid of the roast and finish smearing the cake batter with Sweet Mustard Fire Slaw.
