Fixings:


  • 150g Chicken Thigh filet, cut into 2" pieces 
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Erythritol
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika 
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/8 tsp dark Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp dark Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt 
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Methodology:

1) Whisk together erythritol, paprika, cumin, pepper, bean stew powder, and salt in a bowl.

2) Toss in chicken pieces and marinate for somewhere around 4 hours.

3) Thread chicken onto sticks and barbecue for 4-5 minutes for every side.
