Keto Cajun Shrimp and Cauliflower Rice

This generous dinner highlights Cajun-style shrimp burned in bacon fat, served on top of cauliflower rice that has been cooked to take after cornmeal. We use bacon fat all through the entire formula, integrating the entire dish with a smoky character. Then, at that point, we polish things off with disintegrated bacon on top.

Fixings:

Garnishes

  • 4 strips bacon*
  • ¼ cup slashed new parsley
  • Hot sauce, to taste
  • Cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon bacon fat
  • ½ little onion, finely slashed
  • 3 cups riced cauliflower
  • 2 ½ cups chicken stock
  • 1 ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Shrimp and Seasoning
  • 1 pound enormous shrimp, stripped and deveined, tails eliminated
  • ½ teaspoon ocean salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper drops
  • 2 tablespoons bacon fat
  • ¼ little onion, finely slashed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • *Save the bacon oil and afterward partition it into 1/3 and 2/3 bits for the remainder of the formula.
