I totally love making smaller than normal forms of a portion of my most loved keto dishes! From smaller than usual chicken to pot pies to scaled-down doughnuts, these little zucchini pizzas fit right in and taste so great! These are extraordinary tidbits to control your yearning before dinnertime! They make an incredible starter as well. 

This formula is VERY simple to make! Essentially cut the zucchinis, broil them on the stove, top with sauce, cheddar, pepperoni cuts, basil, and salt and pepper. Presto, your low-carb nibble is served! 

Fixings: 

  • 4-ounce zucchini
  • 1/3 cup low-carb pureed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheddar
  • 3-ounce pepperoni cuts
  • 2 tablespoon new basil, to decorate 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
