Fixings:-
For chicken marination.
- Boneless chicken thigh 400g
- or then again chicken bosom
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Clam Sauce 2 tbsp
- Dark pepper (squashed) 1/2 tbsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
For soy sauce combination you need:
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Bean stew sauce 2 tbsp
- Nectar 2 tbsp
- Clam Sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Bean stew Flakes 1 tsp
- Noodles 200g
- sesame oil 1 tbsp
- salt 1 tbsp
- oil 1/2 cup
- Garlic 3 Cloves
- Ginger 2-inch piece
- Carrot 50g
- Capsicum 40g
- Cabbage 50g
- 2 Large Chili Peppers
- 2 Spring Onions
- Sesame seeds and Spring onion for decorating
