I love making new goulash dishes. Other than cleaving up your vegetables, this is a simple one container keto supper and is very filling! 

I made this with a ground hamburger base with vegetables and flavors that pair perfectly and some meat stock to unite every one of the fixings. Obviously, I finished it off the most ideal way I know how – with mozzarella cheddar and let it prepare in the broiler until the cheddar was recently liquefied! 


Fixings: 

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 24 ounce ground meat 
  • 1 medium red onion 
  • 2 teaspoon new garlic, minced 
  • 1 teaspoon paprika 
  • 1 medium red ringer pepper, diced 
  • 14 ounce canned diced tomatoes 
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon tomato glue 
  • 2 entire narrows leaf 
  • 6 ounce spinach 
  • 3 tablespoon new parsley, cleaved in addition to extra to serve 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 2 cup hamburger stock 
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • 7 ounce mozzarella cheddar
